Performio is a sales performance management platform that automates commission calculations, quota tracking, and sales incentive management for mid-market and enterprise revenue teams. It combines an ICM (Incentive Compensation Management) engine with real-time rep performance dashboards — giving both sales operations and individual reps accurate, transparent commission data without spreadsheet manual processes.

Performio's architecture is designed for the complexity that makes spreadsheet-based commission management break down: multi-product plans with different commission rates, accelerator tiers that kick in at different quota attainment levels, draws and advances, SPIFs layered on top of base plans, and splits between AEs and SDRs or between sales and overlay reps. Its Plan Builder allows RevOps or Finance to configure these complex structures in a no-code interface, with a test environment that calculates sample commissions against historical data before rolling out a new plan — preventing the costly errors that come from untested plan configurations. Performio's Statements module generates individual commission statements for every rep with a full breakdown of how each commission was calculated — dramatically reducing the dispute volume that burdens Finance teams at month-end close.
